What does the package include?

Are flights and airport transfers included?
No. Flights and airport transfers are separate unless they are specifically added to your quotation.

Is the package price per room or per person?
The displayed package prices are per person unless a quotation states otherwise. Supplements may apply for selected dates, weekends, holidays, room types and single occupancy.

When is the resort season?
The current stated 2026 travel period is 1 April to 30 September. Opening dates, ferry operations and room availability remain subject to conditions.

Can children receive a lower rate?
Child rates generally apply from ages 4 to 11, based on year of birth, subject to minimum paying-adult and room-occupancy rules.

What if snorkelling is cancelled?
Marine activities depend on sea, weather and safety conditions. The resort controls the operating schedule and may adjust or cancel trips when necessary.

Which room should I choose?
The best room depends on party size, traveller ages, budget and preferred layout. Some family categories require a higher minimum number of full-paying adults.

How early should I book?
Book early for weekends, school holidays and public holidays because ferry seats and suitable family rooms can sell out before other dates.

Terms and Conditions
- Children rates apply to children 4 to 11 years old. (Children age based on year of birth)
- Each room must be at least 2 adults paying full fare only child rates apply EXCEPT Deluxe Family / Family Pool View Rooms must be 4 adults paying full fare.
- Single supplement charges apply on all rooms EXCEPT Suite room types which requires minimum 2 adults.
- Standard and Superior rooms single supplement charges: MYR190 per pax per night
- Deluxe and Villa rooms single supplement charges: MYR220 per pax per night
- Surcharge applies on weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
- Weekend surcharge: MYR50 per adult per night, MYR30 per child per night
- School holidays and public holidays surcharge: MYR100 per adult per night, MYR60 per child per night
- No refunds or rate reductions for unused services in the package.
- Tourism Tax MYR10 per room per night will be imposed to all foreign tourist and will be collected from guests upon check in.
- All reservations must be guaranteed or reduction with a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERRABLE BOOKING FEE of MYR120 per person. Full payment to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Payments will be forfeited in case of cancellation, no show or amendment of the booking.
- Resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel boat departures due to sea and weather conditions, and jetty location is subject to change.
- Resort is not liable for any extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or flight delays.
- Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- Resort reserves the right to change prices in case of error or changes in government regulations.
