Yoichi is the main all-inclusive restaurant, serving international dishes and Japanese favourites through breakfast, lunch and dinner, with live stations and family-friendly variety.
A standard hot-pot set at Ogon is included by reservation, while Ebishu sushi and The Kaen yakiniku are premium dining experiences. Yotei Bar anchors drinks, snacks and evening conversation.

Is Kiroro Grand only a ski resort?
No. Winter focuses on skiing and snowboarding, while summer brings hiking, nature activities and outdoor sports in cooler mountain weather.

How far is Kiroro Grand from New Chitose Airport?
Allow around two hours by road, depending on snow, traffic and the transfer schedule.

What is included in the winter package?
Your room, meals, most drinks, lift pass, scheduled group ski or snowboard lessons, entertainment, onsen access and eligible kids’ clubs are included.

Is ski equipment included?
No. Skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and clothing are separate unless a specific offer states otherwise. We can help organise rental.

Is the onsen included?
Yes, access to the resort’s natural hot spring is included. Guests must follow Japanese onsen etiquette.

What childcare is available?
Programmes for ages 4–17 are included. Petit Club for ages 2–3 is a paid add-on and requires advance availability.

Are flights and transfers included?
They are excluded unless a specific offer says otherwise. We can package suitable flights and the shared or private resort transfer.

How does Kiroro Grand differ from Kiroro Peak?
Kiroro Grand is the livelier, family-oriented resort with wider room choices and children’s facilities. Kiroro Peak has an older minimum age and a quieter atmosphere.
