GROUP PLANNING, MADE CLEAR
Club Med meetings and events FAQs
Answers about group eligibility, meeting rooms, branding, private functions, ski incentives, loyalty benefits and budgeting.
01
What qualifies as a Club Med group booking?
The existing group framework uses a minimum of 20 adults, 10 rooms or meeting-room usage. Final eligibility and contract terms should be confirmed for the proposed resort and dates.
02
Are meeting rooms and AV equipment included?
They are not assumed within the standard leisure package. Meeting-room rental, AV, coffee breaks and special setups are quoted as part of the corporate proposal.
03
Can we create a private itinerary?
Yes. The group can combine private meeting blocks, dedicated functions and free time around the resort’s operating schedule.
04
Can the event include company branding?
Private rooms, signage and event areas may support branding subject to resort approval. Wider resort branding may require a larger exclusive-use or buyout arrangement.
05
Can Club Med arrange private dinners or awards nights?
Selected indoor and outdoor spaces can be considered for private dinners, cocktails, ceremonies and themed events, with additional costs and venue conditions.
06
What happens on a snow incentive if some guests do not ski?
Snow resorts usually offer wellness, pools, indoor activities and selected excursions alongside the ski programme. The exact alternatives depend on the resort and season.
07
Do individual Great Members benefits apply to group bookings?
Corporate group contracts may not earn individual points or recognise personal tier benefits. This should be checked against the current group terms before confirmation.
08
What is usually outside the base group price?
Flights, transfers, insurance, meeting packages, private functions, excursions, premium items and special production are commonly quoted separately unless stated otherwise.
