Collective transfers generally apply only when the bundled flight arrives and departs on the resort check-in and check-out dates. If you extend the trip before or after the resort stay, separate transport may be required. Airline tickets are governed by the selected fare rules and are commonly restrictive once issued.

Does every Club Med resort offer a flight package from Malaysia?
No. Availability is selective and depends on the resort, route, airline inventory and travel dates. We check the current options for your itinerary.

Are airport transfers always included?
Collective transfers are included when the bundled flights operate on the exact resort check-in and check-out dates. Extensions before or after the resort can change the transfer arrangement.

What baggage allowance is included?
The allowance follows the selected airline and fare. Sports equipment, oversized items and extra baggage are not automatically included and must be checked before ticketing.

What happens if the bundled flight is delayed?
Travelution Holidays will liaise with Club Med and the airline to assist with the onward arrangements. Any outcome remains subject to airline, transfer and Club Med terms.

Will Club Med refund a resort night lost because of a flight delay?
Club Med generally does not refund unused resort time caused by delayed arrival. Appropriate travel insurance remains important for financial protection.

Can my flight dates differ from my resort dates?
They can, subject to airline availability, but collective transfers no longer apply if the flight dates do not match the resort stay dates.

When do I pay for the flights?
The flight component is payable in full before the booking is confirmed and tickets are issued. The resort portion follows the payment schedule stated in your quotation.

Can I still collect airline miles or Club Med member benefits?
Club Med members can earn member points on both their stay and flights when booked as a Club Med flight package. Share your Club Med membership number with us so we can link it to your booking. Airline miles are subject to the airline’s frequent flyer programme terms, and some promotional fares or booking classes may not qualify for mileage accrual.
