Are ski lessons included?
Group ski or snowboard lessons are included at participating resorts for eligible ages and stay patterns. The exact programme, language and level grouping depend on the resort and week.

Is the lift pass included?
Most Club Med ski packages include a lift pass for the relevant ski domain. The number of days depends on the length and structure of the stay.

Is ski equipment included?
Equipment rental is usually additional. We can explain rental choices and help you allow for the correct skis, snowboard, boots, helmet and clothing.

Which resort is best for beginners?
The answer depends on lesson access, transfer simplicity, terrain, children’s ages and the experience of the rest of the group. Sahoro and selected Hokkaido or Alpine resorts can be strong starting points, subject to dates.

Can young children join ski lessons?
Minimum ages and programme availability vary by resort. Childcare, Kids Club and ski-school age rules should be checked together before booking.

Are flights and transfers included?
They are separate unless the offer specifically states otherwise. Travelution can coordinate flights and the mountain transfer around the Club Med stay.

Do I need winter sports insurance?
Yes. Choose cover that specifically includes the planned winter sports, medical care, evacuation, equipment, delays and cancellation conditions.

Why do prices change?
Club Med uses dynamic pricing. Dates, resort, room type, occupancy, traveller ages, promotions and live availability all affect the final amount.
