A standard hot-pot set at Ogon is included by reservation, while Ebishu sushi and The Kaen yakiniku are premium dining experiences. Yotei Bar anchors drinks, snacks and evening conversation.

The 2026/2027 winter season runs from 28 November 2026 to 3 May 2027, subject to snow and resort operations.

Is Kiroro suitable for beginners?
Yes. The domain includes beginner terrain and progressive group lessons, alongside more challenging runs for experienced skiers.

Is ski equipment included?
No. Skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and clothing are separate unless a specific offer states otherwise.

When do lessons begin?
Registration normally takes place on arrival evening. Progressive groups start on schedule, so joining the first session matters.

Is the onsen included?
Yes, general access to the natural hot spring is included. Guests must follow Japanese onsen etiquette.

What childcare is available?
Programmes for ages 4–17 are included when operating. Petit Club for ages 2–3 is a paid add-on subject to availability.
